Right Now I Feel...

Right now you may be feeling worried, scared or anxious. Circle the words that you are feeling right now and add in your own words as well. 

You may feel alot of different feelings throughout your day. Color in how much of you feels happy or bored, scared, angry and silly and come up with a very colorful Miff!

Sometimes worries get really BIG. Rate how BIG your worry is using the MIFF O METER. Circle the number and color up to the number you circled.

Feeling scared or worried is one way you may feel, but you may also feel other emotions as well. Circle other feelings you may feel during the day or write them in. 

What do you love about being YOU?

Miff realizes that even though he has worries, he loves the other parts of himself. Name all the things you love about yourself and write them into Miffs spots.
